High School Athletes HIP FLEXORS = SPEED

STRONGER HIP FLEXORS MAKES YOU FASTER THIS IS WHY I PREACH HIPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hip Flexor training is the "red headed step child" of weightroom speed training but studies have shown that sprinters who were only 12% stronger in the hip flexor musculature had significantly faster sprint and shuttle run times than athletes with weaker hip flexors.

Hip flexor strength was an even better predictor of acceleration-ability than SQUAT STRENGTH
