Bodyweight Training

The great thing about bodyweight training is that regardless of age, strength, or experience level, everyone can do it - and everyone can benefit from it. It doesn't matter if you are a top-level athlete looking to sharpen your edge, a 300 lb. couch potato who hasn't done a pushup since high school or anybody in between. Bodyweight training can help you get results.
